 It's just a $10 voucher, but they insist that it need to be collected at their inconveniently located office where there's no easy excess to public transport and that few parking lots outside their small building are all occupied.  It's really disappointing that people can be so inconsiderate to want us purposely take leave to collect a small prize at their ulu located office and so super stingy over the 30 cents postage fee.
