This is a truly unpleasant experience with Gadget Solution, Eastpoint Mall. The sister company of GameXtreme @ Tampines Pte Ltd and B2H Trading Pte Ltd. Do not support them. They cannot be trusted at all.
My buddies won a Feisty Pets from their Facebook contest, but never get them due to their unreasonable demand.
Taking photo is ok, but was demanded to take video and talk in the video. Since Gadget Solution, Eastpoint Mall is taking videos other people's faces, winners have the rights to ask what they got to say and also where are they going to post the videos.
When my buddy asked this question, they immediately blocked her account. To them, asking questions is not allowed.
If their heart got no ghost, why do they need to block her. They may be using the videos to do illegal things. 心中有鬼, that is why dare not answer her questions and block her immediately. If they are not doing bad or illegal things, why don't answer and blocked her. They are so suspicious.
They forced winners to collect on a weekday and only gave one day to collect. This showed how unreasonable and demanding they are. Its just a small cheap prize and they are so reluctant to give.
And they lied about the prize can only be collected on Tuesday as stock is coming that day and they need to post the video on wed. Tuesday is 19 Nov and Wed is 20 Nov 2019.
Checked back on 21 Nov 2019. They have chosen 3 new winners cos 3 winners didn't manage to make it on 19 Nov. If they can choose another 3 new winners, meaning these 3 new winners can collect their prizes after 19 Nov and on weekends. So why can't they allow the original 5 winners to collect on weekend. The new winners can, but the previous ones cannot.
Checked on their facebook, there is no video post of winners, except for photos. They lied about it that it is a must to post a video of winners talking for a minute on facebook on 20 Nov.
They told 6 lies.
There is no video, no winners talking on video, collection date is only 19 Nov, posting video of winners is 20 Nov. Winners are not allowed to collect on any other day, except on 19 Nov. On 26 Nov, only photos of winners are posted. Everything they said are lies. They did not honor their words at all. Totally cannot be trusted.
My advise to you is do not support them in all ways.
My wish for them is to close down real soon and for this person who made the 6 big lies, you will get your retribution for dishonestly.
