Things to Note
1. Prizes must be redeemed within the stated period or prizes will be forfeited. Note: We are shifting out of our office on 1 June 2017, so there is strictly no extension of the collection date.
2. The hot-air balloon is fragile and is 75cm (h) by 35cm (w), so please organise for transportation to carry this.
3. Please bring along this email during the collection.
4. Please contact Salena Hussain prior to collection of prize.
5. If you are unable to collect your prize personally, fill up the Authorization Form below and your representative must present his/her NRIC at collection.

I paid $2 for the parking charge at The Strategy for a less than 10 minutes parking.  This is really so expensive and I am super unhappy about it.

From last time till now Neutrogena has always been doing a lousy job, their staff are not friendly, very inconsiderate, careless and ignorant.   The really bad thing about them is they do not deliver prizes to winners.  Why have to waste so many people / winners leave, time and money to travel all the way to Jurong to collect the prizes.   And what's the stupid hot air balloon that is big, bulky and useless, not everyone has vehicle, and their office is not near MRT.  Its real difficult to carry the hot air balloon on the public transport.  This shows how unprofessional they are.
They must as well instead of spending and wasting their money to get the useless basket and yellow paper lantern, use the money in a more appropriate way, like to pay for the delivery fee.

I hope Neutrogena can be more considerate, got Postman and Courier Service to do the delivery so why got to cause inconvenience to the winners.  If you want IC, we can email you a copy.  And if you are stingy about the postage, we can pay for the Singpost Smartpac or Courier Service $5.   Paying for the delivery fee is definitely much easy and cheaper for the winners than we taking leave from work and paying for the public transport and taxi fare to travel all the way there, where their office is not conveniently located.


Later in July 2017, my colleague won a  Deep Clean Foaming Cleanser
  10g but Neutrogena said cannot give the prize to him as he has won the 
Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock SPF 50+ PA+++ 15ml in the recent giveaway.

 My other friends and I also won the same sample product in the same giveaway as him, but we still won the Hot Air Balloon.  Thank God!  I am happy to win.  But going to their far and inconvenient office is annoying.

Can so tiny, cheap and expiring samples be considered as prizes, and entrants can win once a year for a sample product, its so damn ridiculous.  I think the people who created this rule need to have their brains check.  What a cheapskate prize.  How much can a 10g sample cost, some more can use samples as prizes.  By the way, its not stated in their giveaway post that the win is a sample product.  

Anyway, all along Neutrogena since years back is super stingy, unfriendly, inconsiderate and ignorant, they make me feel super uncomfortable.  If I can win, I will use their products, other than winning, I won't spend a single cent to buy any thing by Johnson & Johnson. 

This time when I went there, the young pretty receptionist is nice.  The rest that I met from before till now are cold people.
