My cousin went to collect them last week at Ngee Ann City but even when there is no customer at all, the rude promoter refused to give, saying that day was a blocked out day due to their sales promotion. But there was no customer at all. I think this kind of people are hopeless, so inflexible. If there was a customer, I would understand, but the 2 of them were sitting at the counter, so why can't be flexible abit. I think she is lazy, just want to sit there playing with her handphone. The other one kept quiet, also playing with her handphone.
Today we went to collect, this promoter is a much nicer and friendly one. She said she wasn't there the other day, if she was there she would give since my cousin was there already, no need to waste another trip down.
