Shell $10 Fuels Voucher

Since it's only a $10 voucher, they can simply mail it over to the winners. Going down to People's Association Headquarters during office hours just to collect a small amount prize is not worthy at all. The place is not conveniently located and finding parking lot on the road side is difficult. Also $10 is not enough to cover the working day leave taken, petrol and parking fee.
