FairPrice $5 Gift Voucher
Got it from Wilson Parking.
My brother is a season holder of the multi-storey car park parking, but then on one raining day upon exiting the electronic parking, he was charged $8 plus parking fee. He called all the 3 emergency telephone numbers stated but of no response. He got no choice but to pay for the parking charges.
He got really upset and wrote in a complain letter. A few weeks later, he got his money back plus a FairPrice $5 Gift Voucher. FairPrice $5 Gift Voucher is a bit stingy, they should have given him a $10 voucher.
