Vichy Bi-White Reveal Double Corrective Whitening Lotion

Many years back, I won a Vichy Bi-White Reveal hamper worth $500 from The Straits Times Mind Your Body Contest.  This is one of the products inside the hamper, which I've abandoned long ago.

It's a transparent liquid toner with a perfume scent.  It's easily absorbed into the skin, leaving it hydrated and sticky.  After months of usage I don't see any improvement on my skin, so I left it aside.  Recently, I decided not to waste it, and probably it's already expired so I used it on the dry skin on my legs and hope that it will help to remove the dark marks and scars.  With regular use, the skin on my legs became bright and glowing, but not well moisturized and it didn't lighten the marks. 

It comes with a convenient flip cap.  I really dislike its type of dispersing hole that makes it difficult to pour the lotion out onto my palm.  The lotion simply flows all over the cap and down to the bottle, causing a mess.
