Put the KoolFever inside the refrigerator and the blue soft gel will turn really cold. Then place in on the child's forehead.
I believe the KoolFever is effective as many of my relatives are purchasing it over and over again for their children.
My sister-in-law even bought the adult one for herself.
It probably is effective on the minor fever. For the serious ones, got to visit the clinic and consult the doctor.
