Long time ago, I won a Rhinestone Links Black Leather Bracelet sponsored by Bijou Fashion from Fashion and Cookies. However, the sponsor didn't send me the prize and even ignored Vale's emails.
Recently, Vale gave me $30 to spend at ROMWE, in replacement of the previous prize. I really didn't expect her to do this, as many giveaway organizers often care less if the winners receive their prizes or not.
