Ridiculous service by Winstar Marketing Pte Ltd x Greendot Media Pte Ltd. Inconsiderate, ignorant and inflexible.

Double Standard and has no regards to the safety of your life during Convid-19. Winners can opt for delivery for candy but insisted that must collect from their office in person for Against24. Since they are providing delivery $5, why not deliver all the products for the same family members altogether or collection at Ubi, instead of Yishun.

They should have mentioned the exact location and time for collection of prizes when they held the giveaways so that we can decide if we want to enter them, This shows how unprofessional Greendot Media is handling the giveaways.

Delivery of 3 prizes together is not a difficult task at all. But they are refusing, not helpful at all.

My buddies are requesting for

1 Against24 Personal Care Hamper (worth $30)

to be delivered together at $5 or they can arrange their own courier to collect the gifts together. They make it a big issue, no reply at all and still forcing people to travel to Yishun in the circuit breaker time. If collection of Candy can be on 9 Apr so why not for the collection of the hamper. Both products are from the same office. They want to force you to make a trip up twice to collect some cheap prices which cannot even cover the taxi fare.

Due to the tightened safe distancing measures, our partner Winstar Marketing has informed that collection will be suspended from 7 April till after May for this hamper.

What a double standard and do not care if you catch the virus or not. Authorities are asking you to stay home, but they insisted that we must collect the candy by 9 Apr. I hope the authorities can look into them that do not follow the rules of circuit breaker in Singapore.

People are willing to pay $5 delivery for all 3 prizes to be delivered together, but Winstar ignore the request, from the way they behave they seem like hooligan, they are absolutely not worth anyone's support.
