We are not at all happy about this win.  Purpose to get a tub of Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream  400g  $38.50 but was given only a small tube of Cetaphil Intensive Moisturising Cream  85g  $29.90.

Giving us only 5 days to collect is too short a time and going to the shop house at Carpenter Street needs to pay for the expensive ERP and parking fee. The few parking lots on the road side are never available. So small tube must as well post it over, postage only 60 cents, instead of wasting other people precious time, leave, transport money to go all the way there to collect it.

If they want to appoint agency, should employ the ones that work on Saturdays. I strongly believe agencies are servicing companies, so they should work on weekends to convenient their customers.

Cetaphil should have arranged collection at their office which is so much convenient, no ERP and parking is available and cheaper nearby.

Anyway, I am super unhappy to meet this kind of dishonest company / staff, stated to giveaway a much bigger tub of 400g  but ended up giving away only a 85g.  Their reason is the tub is out of stock.  How can that be.  I went to check, they are selling all over Guardian and Watsons.  The 2 products have such an obvious big difference in the content and price.  If they want to change, should have given at least 4 tubes 85g to make it close to 400g.   The person who made this change is truly a big cheater that can't be trusted at all.  I will never support any of their products, will never spend a single cent to buy them.  So despicable.  Its so disappointing.

Very happy about Aveeno by Johnson & Johnson, they sent the products over by courier service which is so kind of them to not being stingy about the delivery fee and also being very considerate of not making us waste our time, leave and transport fee to travel so far to their inconvenient located office to collect it.  Super grateful.

They are the same office with Neutrogena, but Neutrogena sucks, the staff are super stingy about the delivery fee, super inconsiderate to purposely make us waste our leave, time and transport money to travel all the way up to the west side to collect, and also they are using samples as prizes and if you win one small 5g sample, you can win again only after 1 year.  This is so ridiculous, the most cheapskate people that I have ever come across.  

I hope Johnson & Johnson would look into Neutrogena seriously, have money to give away products but no money to pay for the delivery fee.  Qxpress is $4.80 only.  If you buy voucher, its $4.30.  Big company like that cannot afford delivery fee meh, what a big joke.
