Since May 2019, this inconsiderate shameless old man has been causing a great nuisance to the residents. Ever since he started clapping his hands so loudly twice a day a few months ago. Its a real torture and we have suffered enough from his disturbance.

Out of the thousands of residents here, he is the one and only man to clap his hands with all his mighty strength so loudly on top of the multi storey carpark twice a day right infront of the HDB blocks. The Rumah Tinggi Eco Park is just below, he should have exercise there like the rest of the residents, but he decided to make the 37A multi storey carpark as his own backyard where he can do whatever he wants there without any consideration for the other residents. Why is he allowed to have VIP treatment to clap his hands so loudly every early morning and evening for 20 to 30 mins and even treats it as his own private toilet. He has no shame at all, urinating in public where there are so many pairs of eyes looking.
Infact, he used to clap his hands in the Rumah Tinggi Eco Park, which is fine as that is a place for exercising and it is not so loudly irritating and annoying like right infront of our blocks. Then he shifted up to the multi storey carpark. Guess it is because multi storey carpark is more convenient for him to use as his toilet as compared to the Eco Park where there are other users. And also he can use the public water inside the staircase free for washing his stuff.
I hope the authorities can do something about him. Make him exercise at the right place, not misusing the multi storey carpark as his own playground. Other residents are all exercises in the 3 parks nearby, so why he has to be treated like VIP. Other residents exercise quietly, he is the only one that makes hell of a noise. Every morning we are awaken by his loud non stop clapping. Is it nice to everyday cause great disturbance and to show his penis in public to everyone. The women and children are all looking. We are all feeling angry, irritated and disgusted by his pervert actions.
Please note that all the videos are taken on different timings. I think he is not wearing any underwear, taking out his penis from the leg opening and on top of his shorts is so easy. He enjoys urinating in public infront of the blocks in broad daylight, no shame at all.
Till now, the authority is not stopping him from clapping his hands, urinating, exposing his penis openly in public. He should be sent to jail and get a heavy fine for misbehaving.
This is the shameless man who urine pee everyday in public. But NEA is not doing anything about him. This is so unfair to those people who got summons for urinating in public. Life is so unfair, where is justice.
This man is not local, talked to him before, he cannot speak or understand English. Guess he came from Indonesia. His whole family doesn't mix or talk to other residents. They talk like Indonesian language.
Remember a few years back in the 7th month, a neighbor burnt joss paper right below his window, he purposely threw water out of the window and hit direct on my neighbor who came up all wet.
This family had a yellow and white indoor cat who they threw her out at the corridor when she became a senior. The cat started to sleep outside the corridor and to rely on cat feeder for food. Later the cat disappeared. So heartless, how can you treat your own pet like that.
I would appreciate the authorities to install CCTV at all corners on the rooftop of the multi storey carpark, inclusive the water taps in the staircase. This is the best way to catch him in action. Summon and probably send him to jail. Jail is definitely a right place for him, he can use free water, clap his hands as loud and as long as he likes all day and night and urine as much as he likes.

This man stopped clapping during the Lunar New Year period and started clapping again. I am glad that he is no longer clapping his hands on top the multi storey carpark. He now claps at Rumah Tinggi Eco Park.

Ever since his urinating poster is pasted on the door, he doesn't urine at his usual spots. He either urine at the other door facing the Rumah Tinggi Eco Park or inside the staircase.
Everyday without fail, after exercising, he will look at his own poster, go into the staircase for less than 5 minutes, mostly is to urine, get dressed and than leave the multi storey carpark.
Wonder why he is allowed to misuse the multi storey carpark as his own yard just like what he is doing to the space outside his house door corridor, tons of wanted useless junks put outside as if he owns it. Like what he did to his senior cat last time. Unwanted cos she is old, so left her outside the corridor and went downstairs to eat from other people.
I think Town Council staff is too soft, if its for an old bird staff, he would have tell him off firmly, do not make make loud claps when he exercises infront of the blocks. If he wants to clap, go to the soccer court or Rumah Tinggi Eco Park just below the multi storey carpark. This is not a difficult task, yet he failed to do so.
His claps are getting louder and louder and its so irritating, why do residents has to suffer from his nuisance. He started clapping since May 2019, so how long more do we have to suffer from his nuisance?

The lift at Blk 39 often used to have urine inside, some people said ifs dogs urine. But you never know, could be him urinating inside it.

He didn't clapp for 2 days, today early morning clapped louder than before. 10 times to and fro and after exercising, he looked at the poster of him urinating before going into the staircase, guess is to urine again, came back out and went home.
Today, he brought his bag up to wash with the multi storey public water and drying it again. Two days didn't clap, maybe went back to his hometown, today started his nuisance again.
Wonder when will the authorities stop him. There is a Rumah Tinggi Eco Park and a soccer court just below, he can clap there, but he refused. Guess multi storey carpark is still the best place to use free public water and as his toilet.

He went to the back to urine cos Town Council pasted a poster of him urinating on the door at his usual urine spot. The multi storey carpark is already chopped by him, he will not allow anyone to get in his way.
Today started to bring his stuff up to use multi storey water to wash again. Drying them and bring them home. There are may water taps around easily open with his own key, some taps are not even locked.

There was a Chinese praying on Saturday, you can see the trash is still there at the pavilion. He stopped washing his stuff for a while after I sent a feedback to Tanjong Pagar Town Council as they locked the tap. Now its opened up again, therefore this man will make good use of the public water illegally. He will definitely bring all his stuff up to wash like last time.
